1. What this is
EuroVoxAwards.com is a free, independent, fan-run awards site for the Eurovision Song Contest 2026. We are not affiliated with the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), the Eurovision Song Contest, or any participating broadcaster.
2. Eligibility
You can vote if you are at least 13 years old and have a Google or Apple account. By signing in, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Voting rules
- One vote per person per category. Voting in a category is final and cannot be changed.
- Voting closes on 1 June 2026 at 00:00 CET.
- You may skip any category you don't have an opinion on.
- Creating multiple accounts to vote more than once is prohibited and will result in all your votes being removed.
- Automated voting (bots, scripts, vote-trading rings) is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all affected votes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to break, disrupt, or overload the site; submit false data; impersonate others; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
5. Results and transparency
Results are announced one category per day from 3–8 June 2026. A full anonymised transparency report (aggregate vote counts by category and country) is published on 7 June 2026. We reserve the right to exclude votes we determine in good faith to be fraudulent before publishing results.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but make no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, EuroVox and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Independence
EuroVox does not accept funding from any government, national broadcaster, or political organisation. We do not display advertising. The site is operated by volunteers who are fans of the contest.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and the homepage. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
